The Deep Blue Rub
(Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Helichrysum, Osmanthus)
This rich and creamy muscle rub is a powerful tool to keep in your first aid kit. I use it often to soothe my neck and back muscles after I've been at the computer for too long, or I'll massage it into wherever feels sore after a hard workout. Dan uses it all the time as he's constantly sore and injured from Jiujitsu. This isn't your average icy hot rub, this lotion not only relieves pain fast, but it actually heals and repairs tissue on a cellular level.

On Guard
(Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary)
This infamous blend has been used for over a 100 years to prevent sickness and to support the body's natural immune responses. We use On Guard on a daily basis to clean the air in our home (kills airborne pathogens when diffused) and to provide an added boost to our immune system. I'll always include On Guard in our daily immunity rollers, and it's the first oil I reach for when I suspect one of us is coming down with something. To prevent a full blown cold, I'll add a couple drops of On Guard to a veggie cap and take this a few times a day. I also love adding a drop in a cup of tea to soothe a sore throat or a dry cough.

It never ceases to amaze me the powerful cleansing properties of this oil. Anytime I have a mess that won't come clean, I grab my lemon oil. Sticky residues, markers (even permanent), grease, unidentifiable streaks on the wall, lemon oil has got that shit. Not only a powerful disinfectant around the house, but I also enjoy a daily detox and antioxidant benefit by adding a drop to my water (and my dogs water too!)

Serenity is our official bedtime blend. I add a couple drops of this and a couple drops of On Guard in my kids' diffusers every night. I'll also add a few drops of Serenity to their bath to help wind them down at the end of the day. And for extra sleepy support, a little bit of coconut oil and a drop or two of Serenity make for a super relaxing foot and back massage to tire a lively mind or calm an anxious heart.
